lollipop, lollipop

Here is my card for Twisted Card Sketch 54.

You can see the sketch, and what the design team did here.

It's supposed to be a lollipop...can you tell? lol

I love this little scene...it's so cute and springy!

I used Jillibean Soup corrugated cloud shapes and Martha Stewart picket fence border punch to mask out the glimmer mist.

A Cosmo Cricket doilie behind the button for the sun, cork and a JBS sprout for the tree, a little fuzzy MS bunny.

squared

I rarely stray from the standard size when making cards.

In the past week I've made a few simple 4x4 cards and I love them!

I think the square shape just gives them a whole different look.

I'll be making more for sure!

p.s. I can't fix the spacing and it's driving me crazy!! any tips for this clueless blogger?

hoop-la

I finally had the chance to create this little hoop art that has been floating in my mind for a long time.

and I adore this woodgrain pp from AC. It looks like the tv trays we had when I was young.

I have quite the collection of hoops and doilies from my thrifting finds...I think I will make some more.

Mission 039!

Mission 039 is up at Mission to Create.

N & V:

2 of the most amazing friends a girl could ask for :) Lots of really old and really new fave stuff on this layout.

old: animal print pp from Rosa Moka. I think I chose animal print as my concept just so I could finally use it!

new: fabulous alphas from Jillibean Soup. Love the font! Bought 4 different browns.

old: felt flowers and paper flowers

new: awesome label stickers from MME Stella & Rose. LOVE these!

old: buttons (although I do have 6 new recently bought packs...yikes)

Always a fave for me.

new: Jillibean Dutch Mustard Soup pp

Got my mojo back and my scraproom is full of projects on the go.

FINALLY.
