Mission 0011

Here is my layout for Mission 0011

It was sooooo hard for me to use black with only 1 other colour.
I rarely use black. Now brown would have been much easier :)

Mission 0010 part deux

Need something to do while you wait for Mission 0011?
Want another chance at February's prize?

Then join me in creating a card with the
fabulous concepts from Mission 010 at Mission Create!!

Here they are again:
Deborah - Lace trim
Jocie - Cardboard or corragated paper
Nicole - Use at least 5 hearts
Vanessa - Glimmer Mist/Maya Mist or Smooch Spray
Jen -Turquoise

This was my favourite combination of
concepts in all of our missions so far.
I couldn't resist putting them together on a card.
I'll admit that I had a hard time getting in the 5 hearts
without adding too much stuff. But in the end I think I succeeded :)

If you wish to play along, post a link to your card
in the comments section of this post here on my blog.

I challenge you to try and and include all 5 concepts!!

Happy creating! Can't wait to see your cards :)

Speading the {Earth} Love X 2

So today I took my Earth Love cards (and a few more) to work.
I put up a note that they were selling for $5 and I would donate all the money to Haiti.
They were all sold in less than 20 minutes.
That made me smile :)
************************************************
Tonight I trimmed all of my leftover Earth Love paper to 6x6.
(I think there are 28 double sided 6x6 papers)
If you would like to make some cards of your own, leave me a comment and I'll send it out to someone. I have some Earth Love chipboard pieces leftover too, and some other coordinating embellies that I will throw in.
